Become a Member

Membership in the Knights of Columbus is open to practical Catholic men in union with the Holy See, who are 18 years of age or older.

A practical Catholic is one who lives up to the Commandments of God and the precepts of the Church, including attending Mass regularly and receiving the Sacraments.

Applicants become members after going through the First Degree ceremony. Subsequent Second, Third, and Fourth Degrees are encouraged for members to come into full knighthood.

The insurance privileges are available to all members who can qualify, which represents an important advantage of membership.
